I want you to know this…
I know how you feel. I lost my mother as a child, suffered multiple miscarriages, lost my father to cancer, and then my beloved husband, and also experienced many other losses along the way.
Grief is complicated and complex. I know all about it, and so do you. The road to healing is lonely and isolating. For years, I lived my life weighted down by the grief I was experiencing. Back then, there was no real help, and the help that was offered disappeared as time passed.
I carried so much sadness, guilt, and a mix of other emotions for years and years. I worked to heal my broken heart with the help of my faith, but I needed more, and coaching was the answer. Through coaching, I miraculously found my way. I built a life I love that included love, too.
Today, as a Certified Grief Coach and Educator, I offer support, healing help, and guidance to help widowed women not only find their way but also intentionally design their future on purpose. I’ve created a healing process that will inspire you to live an even bigger life.
